From the Medical Center Director
Dear Veteran Friends,
As the Director of the Richmond VA Medical Center, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your service to our Nation and allowing us to be your health care provider. I want to enhance our communications between you, the medical center and our Veteran Service Organizations. I plan to provide regular information updates at this site, please let me know what you think.
We expect 2012 to be a year of continued growth for our programs and services. With the Emporia Outpatient Clinic now open, and our nationally known Polytrauma rehabilitation programs, we’re excited about our capacity to provide the best care to our Veterans and their families.
Also, when you are in the medical center, we hope you will give us your feedback by utilizing our “Tell it to the Director” program. We have boxes located around the medical center and forms for your comments. We want to hear from you when we have opportunities for improvement and when we are doing it right. I read all your comments, so I will look forward to hearing from you soon.
