Servicemember Transitional Advanced Rehabilitation Program (STAR)

Mission:

To provide a program of comprehensive vocational and physical rehabilitation that will facilitate the transition of Servicemembers and Veterans with amputations or other polytrauma injuries into unrestricted military duty or competitive civilian employment.

Vision:

To be the provider of choice for Servicemembers and Veterans with amputations or other polytrauma injuries that desire and will benefit from a structured, transitional rehabilitation program focused on physical health, psychological wellness, vocational retraining, and employment placement.
